 Scott
City, Kansas, is a community that still believes in the traditional
mid-western values of home, family and an honest day’s work. The Scott
City Chamber of Commerce mission is to be the most effective, prominent
voice for the business community. Scott City Chamber strives to be
responsive to the needs and concerns of our members and the entire
community. We support and aid in economic development and promote our
community as a great place to live, work and visit.
Here at the Scott City Chamber of Commerce, we take
our position very seriously and work hard for our members. Our goals
include:

Attracting new investments,
jobs and payroll.

Expanding the primary
employment base through the growth of new and existing businesses and
industries.

Providing opportunities for
labor force training and assessment.

Supporting efforts to enhance
educational opportunities.

Promoting Scott City as a
regional center for health care, retail trade, recreation,
entertainment and culture.

destination for conventions, sporting events and tourism.
